Great Video! 5***** My wife and I usually goto the Ozarks and the Ouchitas a few times during the year. Too bad we missed this!!! Of course we had our share of it here here in OKC. Gotta love it!
I am in NW Arkansas visiting family. The weather started with a little bit of freezing rain ( nothing I wouldnt walk in) and by nightfall there was the biggest softest snow flakes falling. The next morning there was 9 inches of snow! I live in Hawaii where our storms consist of 17 inches of rain coming in torrents, flash floods, your unprotected gardens getting destroyed and volcanic smog that insists on strangling you. This was a lovely storm in my opinion:)
Great footage; loved the juncos in the beginning! Haven't seen them in nearly 11 years, since I left Ohio! Wish we could have gotten in on some of the wintery action; then the cold would have been worth our while! FIVE stars!
I'm in Dardanelle, AR, which is between Little Rock and Fort Smith. We got over 5" of snow here, on top of about 1/2" of sleet. I'm glad it was mostly snow and not all ice. I was dreading a horrible ice storm and going days without power. The main roads are pretty clear now and it' has starting to melt off the driveway, but the dirt roads are still a mess from what I hear. I wish I had a cabin up near the Buffalo River on days like these. I bet it's beautiful around there right now.
That was really beautiful. I'm from Georgia and see snow sometimes. It's not unheard of altogether. Winter scenes are my favorite.

Why is everyone so obsessed with SAFETY SAFETY...
The person is making a CHOICE.
If their logic is not strong enough to support reason, than perhaps thats just evolution.
