People forget. Sure Labrada looks like great in solo posing routine, but by this point the contest results have already been decided in the prejudging.

Again, Labrada looks great here solo, or even in some group comparisons, but in the call out comparisons standing next to a Haney who out weighed Labrada by 40+ pounds there's no comparison.

This is not a question of symmetry vs mass. Haney did in fact have good symmetry, not great, but good. Plus mass to back it up.

This is a true posing clinic, possibly the greatest posing routine in Olympia history. Lee hits so many poses so perfectly, it's mind-boggling. Never seen anything like this, even from Makkawy. Absolutely nobody today can hold a candle to this kind of performance.

I wish bodybuilding today was about all the things Lee says at the beginning. It seems the classical symetry and proportion have taken a back seat to a degree. Also, his posing was incredible, much better than most of the stuff today in my opinion. That said, I do like the stuff today too, but for me I prefer the stuff from the older eras of bodybuilding.

The past serveral guys to keep winning the Olympia won with Huge backs alone. Dorian Yates, Lee Haney, and Ronnie Coleman. Haney was not that symmetrical and his legs were not that good either. Few years Haney was off on his conditioning and still won. It be different if it was close and they guy with the bigger back wins. Labrada got robbed of at least one title for sure so did Shawn Ray

Agreed, I would never want to be bigger than Lee, today's guys are roid monsters. At 5'5" Lee would have to weigh 230 now to even get in the door. I think I heard his weight back then was 176-180. And I bet he could still jog/ride a bike, and walk without too much of a rash on the thighs...
