Running on a treadmill is the worst way to loose weight, if you are running for extended time at a sustainable pace. It lowers your thyroid hormones like crazy, induces hypothyroidism. Diet is key, and bursts of activity. 3 intense workouts of 20 mins in a week should do wonders for your cardio and joint heath, and eating not only less, but more importantly clean. Only posting this because thats what seems to be what everyones comments are about.

So yeah, good job fatties, youve managed to convince other people and yourself that being fat is BEAUTIFUL, NORMAL, HEALTHY, and shouldnt be something to be ashamed about. Just like a lot of skinny girls are that way naturally and couldn't gain a pound if they tried, the same goes for many fat girls. Many times their metabolism is slow and makes it extremely difficult to lose weight. So you've been blessed with being thin and having perky C cups and a nice butt and a yatta yatta yatta apparently perfect everything. Get off the fat girls' case.

Also, many thin women eat, they just dont sit on their asses all day and eat 6 meals a day (w/ snacks). Many fat ppl i meet say its genetics, or gland prob,& that they eat normal. BULLSHIT. I believe em until i see WHAT they eat and AMOUNT of it. BS. It was just a few hundred yrs ago when less than 1% of pop. was obese.So ur saying throughout human history obesity was never a problem until the industrialized world & packaged food, yet its a genetic or glad problem?
