ok, I'm 23 and have been 125-135 since I was 12, how do I gain weight? believe me I can't physically eat enough to get to 150 I'll settle for lean muscle I GUSS sigh....
@DavidPennable Some people are blessed with good genes and you are one of those :) To gain lean muscle you need to eat more protein and complex carbs and you have to weight train.
I've been trying to diet, because I don't exercize much, but its so god dam hard, i'm almost 17 and need to lose some, but every time i start my freaking parents or friends order pizza -.- or make really good, fat foods that I can't resist, and when I eat pizza i can't even resist to drink a shitload of pepsi after....ugh..., so hard it's like impossible
@YOUmommaMUSIX you can do it IF you decide to do it. I lived with firefighters who ate junk all the time, I ate good healthy food. Guess what, They started to eat like me when they saw me losing weight and getting in shape. Be the Example for your family.

Cool advice. I'm a college student in the pre-med program. I'm always busy and have hardly any time to work out. I cook for myself and I was wondering if you could cook up some good recipes for vegetables. I love them, but I need another way to eat them besides steaming them!!!!
