Alex! Don't Worry AT ALL! .4lbs is NOTHING and losing 6 in 1 week is A LOT. Typical weight loss will be 1 or 2lbs a week. I gain and lose 1-2 lbs every day. Weight changes based on how much water we have in us, what time of day we weigh in, I think youre doing great, and the effort ill take you to your goal weight. Also way to go getting a job! I'm so proud of you, keep it up, or i guess I should say off ;) (corny joke, love you cuz)
Dont feel bad, Ally! It Could be a number of things: it could be a bloating from more sodium or it could be extra water weight, it could be muscle, it could be a lot of things! More than likely, it's not fat! You are doing amazing and you have a reached your goals so far--don't give up, girl! :)
Don't get discouraged!! Sometimes our bodies do crazy things that you can't explain! Only thing I can think of is POTENTIALLY it had something to do with the unhealthy meal, maybe try doing more cardio rather than weights?? When I lost a ton of weight a couple years ago (and gained most of it back now...blah) basically all I did was run on the treadmill 5 days a week, I did do some weights, etc...but majority was totally CARDIO!! Just an idea??
