looks like you just got some boards and started nailing them together. thats ok for a small fort, this thing has to handle some abuse. If you made 2' by 1.5' boxes (like 5 of them) and nailed 10' 2x4's on top and bottom that might hold up better. or crap man at least put a runner in the middle so all of you supports are connected some how.

If u cant find any Trex, just use Magic Carpets(or whatever u wanna call em). Take a few of those and nail em down onto the box. Works perfectly

everytime you ride your box it looks like its about to tip over,

i dont think its your box thats the problem, you need to dig out snow where your box is going, and build around it. shoul have put plywood on the sides so you could build it up

when you put the black plastic on your box you should have put it all the way to the top it will make your box look nice and keep the wood clean

the cheapest solution is linoleum flooring. it works great and it can be dirt cheep. just try to get a smooth design. that's what i am using on my box and its great.
