Do rabbits have to be fluffy?Because i have a pet rabbit and her fur is smooth but when she was a baby *2 weeks old is when we got her* she was fluffy but when she turned 2 she became smoothed.We sometimes fluff he up but she licks her self back to smoothness.So is it okay to be smooth? or do they have to be fluffy?Or either?
@robloxhector678 They can be whatever they are :P All rabbits have different fur :) My rabbit Roxy has fluffy fur, and my other one Dudley have fur like velvet :) Any type of fur is fine, as long as they are healthy and happy! :)
What an adorable rabbit! She is obviously very loved and well taken care of, because she is so comfortable around you. I think I know this medicine - is it honey flavoured? If so, my rabbit gobbles that stuff up too! You're obviously a very loving owner, and I can see your bunny is happy :)
My buns fought with their meds so I mushed it up in a tiny bit of banana. When they were done with their week of medication, i think they were angry at me for no longer bringing them banana :P
Mustve been one of those sweet kind of meds. My girl bun loved the spay medicine she got, just lapped it up. But my boybun cant stand getting meds. Every buns different. Thats a very happy bunny too.

If I say it like this, she usually loves being carried and could fall asleep when you carried her, but with the medicine she fought like hell to avoid it...
my bunny got artheritus, and he did that we fed him his medicene. his back legs didnt work either, so they got muddy and we had to wash them with bunny shampoo. rip merlin <3
bunnys can't breathe through the mouth because mouth and nose is not togehter, its like with horses, they breath with the nose and eat with the mouth and can't breath with the mouth.
we humans can do this, because mouth and nose is together (its difficult to explain because i dont now the word)
so when you feed bunnys like this, they only could scratch your face^^

I got a bunny on April 12, 2010 I'm so so glad I had to BEG BEG AND BEG my parents to let me have one! And then when I saw these to bunnies in a cage being raised for their meat it was heartbreaking so I went into the peoples backyard and took them without anyone knowing! There names are April and Max

Its not good to give your bunny medicine like this, if it lies on its back it can happen that the medicine runs into its lung what will make him ill.
i know this video is a few years old, but ist better, if your bunny is sitting on its feet.
And if the medicine is sweet or you mix it with applejuice most bunnys will like it ;)

If the medicine is sweetened, and many times it is, the rabbit will not mind taking it. Rabbits are big sugar fanatics; kind of like kids.

I got a bunny on April 12, 2010 I'm so so glad I had to BEG BEG AND BEG my parents to let me have one! And then when I saw these to bunnies in a cage being raised for their meat it was heartbreaking so I went into the peoples backyard and took them without anyone knowing! There names are April and Max

thumbs up if u think the bunny is cute!!! i sure do!!! what kind of bunny do u have i have a dwarf shes black with a white dot on her nose and her name is spooky!!! i used 2 have a mini rex named thumper and after she died ( sadly ) i got other mini rex named snickers but she died a few days later ( sadly ) and now i have spooky!!!

My bunny was sick once and i felt so horrible, because he just didn´t want to take the medicine. It broke my heart , and it did for 7 days. I hope he won´t have to go through this again.. :-)

@9N8X lol my friends snake was killed by a white rabbit he was supposed to eat, so im guessing its not the smartest thing to feed them, try hamsters, for your snakes health. i love snakes.
