i just dont see the point of scarf v create victini; v create lowers speed, band packs a shit ton of insane power thats never going away or dependent on anything

@BrutticusForce You could say the same for Specs Lati@s, they both use Draco Meteor which obviously lowers Sp.Atk. At least with Scarf Victini with V-Create, you can stay in for a second one if the opportunity presents it since most are forced to switch on the Banded set
