I started taking the Kroger brand EYE SUPPLEMENT. It has omega fatty acids, EPA,DHA. It seemed to help my dry eyes. Hours after I took it today I felt like I was going pass out, my breathing got difficult and pressure in my head. Hours later now and I still have headache. This video answered why.
