@koinkidink99 actually you're slightly wrong there. if you test for positive, then the GP/clinic has a duty to phone you and ask you to come in to see the doctor/nurse for further instruction e.g. tablets as shown in the above video.

They're not allowed to tell anyone else without your consent e.g. a teenager not wanting their parents to find out.
