Why would you use Eoip and PA same time? PA ignores all armor. Eoip ignores 50% of armor.... for AA's?

does eoip stack with your the armor penetration u already have? say for instance i have 23% armor penetration before eoip which adds 50% will it be 73%armor penetration or or will it just add 27% to bring it up to 50%. cheers also are u making another video?

WITCH ELVES DO NOT NEED TO BE NERFED! They've been nerfed before, and don't need that to happen again. WE have the ability to do this, and no one should care. Aslong as you're not alone, and have your back turned then you'll be fine..

@Pancakez0wn Well if they use feinted positioning it wont matter if you have your back turned or not, but still, witch elf definitely does NOT need a nerf, they've been nerfed into the ground since launch and require a lot of skill to be this good.

Awesome vid! I just made a WE rerolled from order (had a slayer). I must say I prefer the playstyle of the WE alot better. And yes the WH is a WE on ezmode atm

Top vid, I recently rolled a WE, and clips actually taught me alot.

Popping agile escape and stealthing is a great move to get you in a better position.

Running full conq atm for the armour debuff its really nice.

Working my way up Carnage for OYK now.

They arent that bad, L2P. If you arent paying attention they'll get you in less than 4 secs. WE's were nerfed before, they're fine now.

Hm... I could be wrong but I guess your build is something like 9/0/13 (PA and SS) and tactics are BF, IP, MT and FM.

But I see you use finishers a lot. And I guess you have FM tactic... so are finishers (HRT and SS) damage make up for loss of 15% crit?

Pretty sur he doesnt use FM, more like flanking.

And if you ever use FM at high rr, better take off brute force instead of flanking, strenght is not too hard to stack up to soft cap nowadays.

Anyway about HRT, i'm spec'd into suffering so mine might have higher base damage, but if he's using EoIP that should balance it, more or less. Mine crits for about 1,5k on soft targets, so when both hits crit, that's 3k gone for them and a wound debuff for 10 secs.
