Oh my god... This is probably the best software in the world. This is the most amazing anything that I've ever seen!!! Holy cow!! LOOK AT THAT!!! I want to learn how to use this software SOOO BAD!! I mean, Bioshock?! Assassins Creed?!! Gears of War?! This is so amazing!! I'm trying to go to Full Sail so I can learn how to do this, but lets be serious, who could top this!!??

Amazing but i have a question which is better 3d max or maya or xsi ? but i think these games are made in Maya because it has better animation tools

@superkiro90 they are probably using a combination of 3ds, maya and mudbox/zbrush. the animation part can be made in either, they can export to each other and vice verca and i think they are using those advanced studios where animations is recorded live, and i don't know which program has best support for that but back to your question, i prefer 3ds max to maya. and XSI is good and free, but once you learn 3ds, that's better i think :)

yup that confirms it i will be downloading Autodesk Maya 2011,Autodesk AutoCad 2011, and 3D Studio Max 2011 for free it seems all the nicest games of the year useing these

Easy for Autodesk to do these game reels - since they essentially own the market. Haven't used Lightwave in a while, I'm still playing around with 3DS Max.

@BattleGround16 XSI was the only 3-d software that was as good if not better than Maya and Max in many ways, now it's owned by Autodesk and we don't hear much about it !
