I put that command line into the RUN bar, my computer instantly restarted itself, then when it booted back into windows it started booting as normal then froze and gave me a BSOD: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL .. not saying you are directly responsible but this happened to me because I did what you said. Luckily I could go into safe mode and do a system restore......

then press enter RESTART COMPUTER AND THEN FINISHED!
NB!!! A reason people don't find it, may because the newest are named "Windows live essentials" And does not have the msn icon ;)

Try "Windows Live Messenger Uninstaller v0.01". It can automatically remove your (broken) Windows Live Messenger. You can Google it.
