I once saw a version of this with subtitles. The words they are singing ("Budet Tak") are loosely translated as "It's all the same." The Soviets didn't translate the Beatles lyrics for this. Instead, they made up their own lyrics.

The singers are singing about how everyone is all the same, no one is an individual. They're promoting Communist conformity. They want the children watching to grow up to be good, obedient Soviets.
