exactly 01:12.... Michael(fiennes) standing in the water, was the wallpaper of my office computer for more than an year... and all the people at work were asking why this wallpaper... they will never know... even if they watch the movie.. its only few people who will feel the extent of cinematic brilliance this movie has. One of the best movies ever.
@requiem4neverland : Truly said. I tried persuading my friend to see this movie. He couldnt see thro the erotic scenes, the true beauty hidden in the story, acting, music, screenplay, direction, OMG this is an awesome movie......Must recommend anyone seeing it for the first time to sit with box of napkins & tissue paper. U never know how come the tears startesd or when it would end........I have been depply affected by this movie.....
cause it's for universal release and made by an english speaking director. i guess it's easier seeing as english is pretty much the primary language of the side of the world where it would be aimed at mostly.
i read the book a summer ago, but there, it says that they had tied a cloth under Hanna's chin until the onset of rigor mortis. i guess for asthetic purposes of the burial in case her body was to be viewed? no one would come to see her but michael anyway, but it's almost sweet that they took the effort.
hey,may i ask what do you mean gone? as in dead? or just got out of jail? never mind..XD

@YUE3939
The DVD has quite a few deleted and extended scenes, almost an hour's worth. They are well worth watching.

@schusterlehrling the texts in books are also in English. It's no mistake, it's intentional.
