I really don't think CnC 3 was as bad as some of the comments here say. I think it took the best of the traditional Tiberium universe and mixed it with the best of Generals. The real travesty was CnC 4. I didn't even realize it was out until 4 months later....

@insight1337 sorry to say but Westwood were planning the scrin, read C&C continuum and incursion and btw C&C 3 Nod and GDI storylines are both canon, and tiberian dawn also seems to be both canon.

@ArmorTalons310 Scrin were part of C&C lore. Tiberium, the alien ships in renegade and tiberian sun. But adding it as a faction of bugs was strange. I did not ask for Zergs in C&C. As for story canon campaigns you might be right as I did not play tiberian dawn, and I forgot the story of C&C3. Probably that's because I assumed they did the same as with TS and Red Alert Series.

@armeelane Agreed. C&C 3 (even though it wasn't developed by Westwood, which EA killed) had a decent story plot and still kept the C&C feel. Why EA suddenly ended the Tiberium universe plot line, plus changed gameplay style dramatically is beyond me. Some plot lines weren't resolved, and there was supposed to be another Scrin invasion, which was in the Tiberium first-person shooter game EA killed development on. >_<

Well throughout the series, both possibilities (a superior being or being cloned) has been hinted. For example, in Kane's Wrath, Kane removes the mask and he has no scar (unlike in TS). Which means his body ain't the same one as in here... Then there is the supposed clonning labs in Firestorm Nod Ending.

On the other hand, the ending of Nod on TS, and the Scrin ending suggest he is not human.
