This is breathtaking, seriously.

I've played guitar for several years, but started on the cello recently.

And my question is: Do you, or anyone commenting on this page, have a good suggestion of "my first cello book" sort of books? Playing the cello is no problem, the problem is that I don't know any cello notes.

Would be really grateful for any good answers.

@Intoxicatedblogg Even though your comment is 3 months old, I hope this will help you. The book I've been personally using and recommend is the Essential Techniques 2000 books. It comes in 3 volumes. The 1st one covering the basics, (scales, how to read music) the 2nd covering I believe intonation, tuning, and dynamics, and the last volume covers advanced techniques such as shifting and vibrato.
