kung fu is something that u can only become stronger with through old age. unlike other things like boxing which has u starting off at a hard work out/training. kung fu slowly builds up to that so u can keep at it even when u're old
@darth8freak Yes. Long Fist uses both. The techniques allow you to have max power with minimal effort, but the more you practice the faster and more powerful you become. In Long fist you do everything big, all motions are big so you can get all of your power out. Power comes from doing the move correctly and staying relaxed while moving and then twisting or snapping your move at the end. You can always improve in the Long Fist system, there is no end. It is a very cool system.

most of the time i see long fist they dont realy seem to be putting power into it, but maybe this is becuase i've seen the older masters do it...

Grandmaster Li is one of thee most respected gong fu practitioners in Taiwan if not the world.
He has taught many great students like Dr Yang, Jwing Ming. My Si Gung Chen, Ching Ho to name just two.
