He later made it into an actual film....

Oh, wow, didn't even realize they had changed the guy who played the hobo. Although I thought that the movie was pretty faithful to the trailer concept (and it seemed to feature everything), they did change quite a few things

Ther cut out all the parts that looked the best in the trialer like when he's being tortured, and when hes about to be run over by a steamroller. They cut a few things, tweaked the look of The Plague, and added Abby but a lot of the stuff was almost shot for shot with minor changes (like making the pawn shop owner a guy). Not to mention every line said in the trailer seems to appear in the movie.  Plus exploitation movies could often be very gory.... Ever heard of a little film called Cannibal Holocaust?

@megagangster321 The actor who plays the Hobo is dif, he befriends a prostitute not really seen in the trailer (kinda takes the place of the one with the cop) who plays a major role, the design for those guys in armor is different (and they play a major role), and the antagonists are a father/sons team (the guy who promises his "brides" to the person who kills the hobo). Pretty much everything you see in the trailer happens in the movie in some form.

I don't know if that's true, but ever since Grindhouse - They've been a few "Throw back movie" - They're not meant to be "good" movies - They're purposely poorly produced and overly far fetched to reminisce the days when B movies were considered cult classics. As its fanbase grew people started wanting an actual movie, the result was the "new" movie. This trailer was only intended to be for a fake movie, but it ended up turning into a real one.

Dude i saw this guy almost everyday when i use to take the bus. I know its him! he walked the exact same way when he got off the bus.
