i think artistic gymnastics is harder cause there are 4 events , and each is soo very hard , i should kno im a gymnast,, though i did try rythmic it wss hard to but not as hard as artistic !

In rhythmic gymnastics you don't do hard flips and somersaults in the air and don't use that much your hands and upper body for support. I think artistic gymnastics is a lot more difficult. I don't think rhythmic is dangerous at all.

This is a lot more difficult than ballet(maybe 10 times harder). Whoever that it was just dancing with a ball ot ribbon can now be amazed at the talent of these girls

not really. rhythmic gymnastics is ballet, gymnastics, and a bit of contortion.
