Lanky/tall people of course have less muscles than someone smaller/bulky.

That said, Nick/Nate Diaz cannot rely on physical strength, but rather technique and speed. That is the idea of martial arts. They are truly amazing.

If they even better handspeed and kicks (Muay Thai/ TKD), then they will be truly unstoppable.
