It was also good to see that he can block the shots of players at least 6" shorter than him.

he's tall and skinny but has a low vertical? hmm. Hes 7 ft 3 that means if he jumped 27 inches he would touch his head on the rim. Maybe it's hard for guys that big to jump? You couldn't tell by looking at him but he is 280 pounds. Maybe if he lifted weights more and added a lot of muscle like dwight his vertical would go up. I looked up his stats and his standing reach is 9 foot 6 inches. That means he has to jump about 16-20inches to comfortably dunk. His max vert has not been released haha.

offensive game is kinda wtvas - basically dunking over much shorter and less athletic guys. but he can hella jump - which is impressive for his size. another thing i like about him - and the reason why they compare him to mutombo - is that he almost always retrieves his blocked shots or taps them to a teammate. almost all of his blocks either he snatched from the air himself or by a teammate. cuts well
