  • Meanwhile in Africa.....

  • The U.S diet is hard to break, I've just lost 77 lbs myself and it was hard. When you give up sugar, fried food, butter, beef, your body literally has withdrawal symptoms. You get angry, it's hard to sleep, you constantly think about food, your insides just feel tingly. People don't become this obese by choice, they become obese because the compulsion to eat is too strong and American culture hasn't changed that much to create these compulsions, they come from our food and all the chemicals.

  • @desthmoneses thats bullshit

  • @startintolovemyself yes well I'm sure your an authority on the matter

  • I could tell you I eat fewer calories then my husband, but it would be a lie. I could say I weigh less too but that would also be a lie. being obese is diffently a eating disorder. I wish there was more stories about being obses then being to skinny. its seems like more people are concered about the size o and eating disorders like anarexica and being bulimic then being obses. Also, the comments about being to thin is so diffrent then being to big. there is more people that understand anarexics

  • Unless you have been obese you have no idea what it indetails or how hard being obese really is. When you are obese it is so hard to move let alone use the treadmill 3 miles a day, three days a week. If we could just stop eating we would. Being obese is more then having control over what you eat. pls stop eating I wish. Teenagers dont bat a eye at plus size clothing cause it would hurt to much to realize how big you are actually getting. Self denial? dont you think we know were fat? we know ok.

  • Treadmill. 3 miles a day. 3 days a week. Nuff said.

  • Hey!!!! Save me some food at the lineup please, thanks chubbies.

  • please stop eating

  • Many of today's teenagers are what I'd call obese or morbidly obese. There isn't the peer pressure to be thin in most public high schools anymore because all their friends are fat like they are. I see teens going into W-Mart and trying on size 24 or 26 jeans for women. What's worse is they don't bat an eye at wearing plus sized clothing when they are only 15 or 16 years of age.

  • Obesity is a problem, but it's also unnecessary. People need to learn to control their diets. I understand not all of us are genetically able to shift the weight, and not everyone's lifestyle allows for regular exercise, but at least obese people CAN lose weight, unlike people with proper illnesses who need to rely on medicine.

  • hey bonethug7...just wanted to reply...thanks for not being hateful in your comment, if you've never been obese, bless you - you are fortunate...for some folks though, telling them "just control your diet & exercise" is like telling an alcoholic "just quit drinking." for many people, overeating is a disease of the mind...it's an addiction to food. i just wanted to maybe let others know what it's like for millions of people. hold a good thought for them. peace.

  • A lot of ppl are now starting to weigh as much as Kenny George lol...he weighs 360 lbs (so you might think he's a fatass) but he does have a valid excuse...he's frigging 7,8"! So he's actually at his ideal weight. But unless you are anywhere near that tall, you definitely shouldn't weigh that much.

  • @bonethug7 I took control of my diet . I exercise. Im still obese. Do you want to get rid of me? I probably exercise more than any thin person I know.

  • Katie is at her best with a very big issue that we here do not care about... Eat your self to death...

  • when enough of us get severely obese - we will take over the world - muhahahahaha -

  • WOW KATIE... what excellent anchoring and reporting about information that no one has ever heard of. This is fantastic. END SARCASM

  • Yeah because you didn't make it obvious enough that you were joking already. END SARCASM

  • Sorry but hasn't this been pointed out for the past like 7 years and what not since the big rise in fast food chains!

  • how do people let themselves get so fat

  • Well first of all, birthing children is pretty high on that list. Second of all, I don't eat fast food and I do not add salt or sugar or mayo to my food like a lot of obese people. I am 60 pounds overweight and 40 pounds heavier than before i had my kids. I am a full time student, a full time wife and a full time mother. there is no time to excersice and I hate myself for being fat, but i eat fewer calories in a day than my husband and he weighs maybe 125 soaking wet. life isn't fair.

  • euthanasia.

  • be honest when you say you eat fewer calories than your husband

  • it's self denial

  • Your problem

Don´t eat so much, Leave cars home, buy bikes.

  • i wonder how long that'll take when work is 28 miles away.

  • we need to watch what we eat
