  • I had to watch this video for my college's Leadership Development Program and I must say at first when I saw that it was 48 mins I was like awh man, but now I love that I got to watch this, it is very useful and there are some GREAT points. I took notes the whole time and I plan to use what I learned in the near future.

  • Great talk here,I am in agreement with Dean,if everyone became responsible this world would be a better place to live.

  • 48 minutes?!?

  • I was a bit skeptical at first, but there are some real gems -- valid ideas -- sprinkled throughout, starting with the entire idea of leadership being responsibility, yet "relying upon a whole lot of people" to "you have to be open to criticism... to listen and listen well" to the idea of your confidence comes from having chosen the right direction for yourself and your organization/team/followers.

  • thanks for posting this speech. It is very valuable to me because I am about to make "the view" happen in the team I am responsible for.

And I like the notion of "I do and I understand".

    Again, thanks!

  • This is a wonderful speech on the nature of leadership.

  • Great speech!!!

  • If we are to make progress we must make the connection between the underlying law of nature and the subject of this talk.
