The glitch was that if you went intoyour passive form and got healed from somthing like Summoner heal or the last proc of lifesteal from an outgoing shot, it wuld give you health again, making you explode and deal damage, but then elaving you like that. You could literaly do 1,100 true dmg if timed right in a fight.

It happened to me once. Should be fixed now...And to all the people claiming this is "fake" and/or a custom skin I'm afraid to tell you that you are ALL WRONG.

It looks normal to me O_O
