  • I used a A75 Jumbo Java for years.. Has a great sound.. except if your with a group trying to play I tune...Soft reeds #2 work best....

  • P.S. the low register sounds great. thats how you can tell it beats the heck out of other mouthpieces.

  • Hey can you upload a new video with the harder reeds. i ordered a a 35 and would love to hear it with the 2.5 or 3 reeds if you have. Yeah they recommend the harder reed because if its a standard it doesnt give the correct brightness and tone. but you can still tell it has a better tone. good job man!

  • Geeze everyone back off

  • Has others mouthpeace with the name A35?

  • @matheus229 no

  • No offense but no mattter what you do with your setup, you always tend do have this signature sound of yours.....thats not exactly too good :/

  • stop being rotten dudes.

  • Oh Dear! This is grim! Ever thought of taking up golf instead? Model Airplanes?

  • Great sound :)

  • @512indigo thanks

  • how can you get this stuffy of a sound out of a jumbo java?

Are you using a super thick reed, or are you rolling your lips back over your teeth too far? Something isnt right unless you just started playing.

  • You use very hard reeds :-P

    Don´t like the Sound :/

  • softer reed i think you are working very hard to produce sound.softer will be easier and fuller tone.practice long tones.

  • I Feel that I hear an oboe and not a saxophone...

  • Try a Jumpo Java A35 or softer reeds.

  • The situation has been imporved when a harder reed is used
