  • Beautiful tones, your music is so touching, mentally, emotional definately is where it's at. The Harmony is awsome! This is real music it makes me cry! Keep it up. Love to hear you more.

  • Awesome Job! I play fiddle in a blugrass group and I am very impressed with your fiddler's tone!

  • His name is Robert Bowlin, and he was the last fiddler for a man named Bill Monroe.

  • @TheGordonsMusic Was he with Bill back in 1989? I have reason for asking :)

  • RM, Thanks a lot. Never heard Buddy and Julie do All My Tears. I knew it was written by Julie. I'd like to jam with them some. We're from rural Southern Illinois. Our county is on the Mississippi. Three cars at a four way stop is a traffic jam here. Thanks for listening. Gary Gordon

  • If I buy from CD Baby do I get a autographed CD? I would love that. I really appreciate your efforts in keeping this traditional music alive. Like I said Buddy & Julie would be proud as I would think June Carter,The Carter Family,The Cox's, The whites and Many others like them. I so wished I could sing or play like this.. Thank you.

  • Your music just done "jared my preserves", I want to tell ya. Great harmonies, wonderful instrumentals ... marvelous sounds. Very tight and delightful! Many thanks.

    Bill T

  • BillT that was a great way to describe how good they were. I liked that saying..

  • Dear Ricky:

Happy to see that you're politically "uncorrect". I lean somwheat in that direction myself, and I too am interested in languages. Glad you appreciated my comment about The Gordons.

    Bill T

  • Yes... I say I am politically uncorrect because I am of Latin Decent "Spanaird and Mexican and italian" But I can not help it I like country music and Bluegrass music.. I get hasseled alot for this but I dont care.. I have seen the world and my not like what I see but I do try to understand and try to learn about it.. Thus speaking the languages I speak. Yet I see great value in the lyrics of great songs like this.. I can be a man of many facets..

  • Dear Rick:

Thanks for your note. Parece que nos gustan las mismas cosas, eh? I've been playing All My Tears a lot and a woman friend and I are learning it. We're going to try to sing & play it at one of our upcoming music venues real soon. I sure envy the awesome talent of those Gordons. I wish we had some of it. We are so pathetic by camparison.

    All the best,

    Bill T

  • Well I am sure your far better than me trying to attempt it.. Atleast your making a attempt at it and are playing instruments. I wanted to for a long time... I am now in life just thinking about getting my first instrument.

  • Sweet, beautifully tight and harmonious

  • wow
