for $10 you cant go wrong! No lag issues... yet. This phonw puts a lot of power in a little package. Get one before they're gone! and no I did not get the data plan, you're not forced to.

yeah ebay the shit out of it fuck the data. I have gps free, its 400 mhz, and free wifi is coming out thanks to japan. I have a newer rom than most new smartphones coming out. So its not worth the data plan if you really aren't going to be using it all the time.

Verizon's new Dare is a good phone for a teen who doesn't need a lot of business features that the XV6900 offers. The DARE is less expensive too and has a better 3.2 mega pixel camera/camcorder with editing features geared more for fun with its ability to record 120 frames a second for slo-mo 'action.' The HTML web browser is very fast since it uses EV-DO rev A. Its touch screen is fun too. Not quite an iPhone killer but the reviews are mostly very good. Watch the reviews on youtube.

No WiFi built into it, you have to get a data plan through Verizon.

And nope, the Touch Dual is not planned at all to make its way to CDMA carriers.

but you won't see any verizon applications like the GPS on it because it uses Windows Mobile 6

and i am pretty sure the touch vibration thing is on LG phones only

No it is CDMA...not GSM. This particular phone is only compatible with Verizon Wireless...And it is NOT a world phone so it doesn't have a sim card slot included....The world Blackberry does and the Motorola Rizr World edition.

Good review... but for those who aren't so big on the white casing. You can buy a black battery cover from Sprint for $16 bucks, I did that today and it makes the phone feel less slippery. Plus it doesn't look bad at all!
