This "sales pitch" by Rev.  Lockridge may be "awesome" salesmanship, in part because his relentless pace doesn't allow "buyesr" any time to think for themselves.

But, as a life-long Christian and 72 old clergyman, I find such preaching deplorable.

To begin with, he confuses Jesus and God. Doesn't he know what Jesus himself said about this in Mark 10:18? "Why do you call me good? No one is good but God alone."
