@jefthereaper This might be a very late reply, but I thought I would answer anyways. If one of their horns breaks off they go into a coma, yet if both break off they go into a permanent coma. Although it doesn't show whether or not she lives and hints she is alive at the end. I can answer any question on this anime, ask me (anyone) if you have questions.

@jefthereaper Well, exactly as I said they hint she might be alive at the end, yet it isn't proven and in the manga she dies and two diclonii claim to be Lucy's/Nyu's reincarnations. I did mention its possible she is alive, yet they (Nana, Mariko, and Lucy) aren't the only Diclonii out there so who knows. Last for me to add, its also less likely it could be her unless she doesn't remember she doesn't want to be near Kouta for she doesn't want to cause him anymore pain. (Out of room to say more)
@chaosmaster107 bwa im just guessing at it that the origional manga got a lot of sad comment and the makers made a "alternative good ending" even tough i would have wished to actualy see Lucy, so sad the message of the movie seems like, "you fight all your life, its tough, and you lose everything anyway becours there is no hope" :/
Absolutely adore this song, but I'd like to make a suggestion if I may; at 1:02, when the eye opens, then dips to color and then you see a tear drop from it, it would have been cool if you reversed the eye opening so it closes, and then just have the one with the tear falling in one continuous edit, so it closes and cry's. My Elfen Lied video isn't as somber, but I'll post a video response to it. Keep it up.
@EmoGirl4331 no its not its broken ft. amy lee, its not evanescence, just the singer, and besides that mix was only made after they toured together ad he asked her to sing part of it cause his voice was strained, then everyone liked it and they changed some lyrics and made this, and now everyone thinks they had a thing together...
Good song choice and it is a much beloved anime, the only thing that I did not agree with is the changing of pace of the video, how some parts went faster than others. Just think you should be consistant with your speed throughout the video. Overall, nice AMV though.
