I ordered "Against the Seasons" when it got re-released several years ago, along with a Woods of Ypres t-shirt. It was pretty much straight from David, I guess... he threw in a compilation CD that Woods was on. On the plastic wrap, in Sharpie, he thanked me for supporting the band and signed it. I still have that compilation CD - and it's still wrapped in the same plastic.

It is True Joel and David are the only two band members in this CD. They worked so hard , long days, into the night, but took time out for bon fires at the end of the day. Ordered the album on the limited vinyl with 7" today... I am sure that it will be one of the best albums this year without a doubt. Really touching music, it is not often I get this feeling I get when listening to Woods Of Ypres. Often when people I don't know in person go to the other side I don't feel much, but I honestly felt really bad when I heard about this. Rest In Peace David, at least you are in a better place now. Life is just pain and piss!
