In FE1 it plays when you get Sheeda. Which is prbably why its called Sheeda's Theme, but it plays times when shes never even around. So, call it whatever you like.

Well, (if I remember correctly) the first song in the medley played during the opponent's turn in the first FE, and the last song in the medley played during the player's turn in the first FE!
