So I bought some and I just want to say, BEST THING EVER! Thank you for introducing me to them! My hair and nails have grown and my skin has cleared up SO much!
I take the pills for hair/skin/nails from Spring Valley. And it defiently works on my hair. Nails and skin are so-so for me, my nails grow fast like you said yours does and my skin doesn't have many issues so im not sure with that. But I take them because I had short hair and wanted longer hair with a fast result. This isn't to the point where it grows over night... but I would say I get an extra 1-2 inches than I normally would in a month.
I have tried GNC Vitamin C crème. It thickens your skin [for the production of collagen.] My skin is sensitive, so at first I was sceptical because of the acidity of ascorbic acid [which did not irritate, but a mild numbness like when your skin without moisture in the cold.] But after just 3 weeks, my skin was more radiant & the redness on my eyelids [I used to have under-eyebags] disappeared! You might say, „Thicken skin? Why wouldI want to do that?“ If you have wrinkles, acne, &c. IT WORKS!!!
I tried them bad boys and omg why did I STOP??? I need more...swear its like crack lol. I need more now lol. But seriously for real for real they are GREAT GREAT vitamins...my hair grew so fast in conjunction with biotin.

Nails always growing without anything help vitamin or medication u have to Check other thing ur skin or ur hair. Is it has change?
