Last I heard the '08 Ranger will be the last production year for the North American model. It would be a very good thing to bring that Ranger and its diesel engine here to replace the outgoing one.
nice truck, i have an 06 ranger sport, i bet you couldn't do that in a 06+sport trac. and the fact there showing it offroad is really good considering a huge portion ranger owners like to get offroad once in a while, i know i maybe 2wd but i still have fun where it counts

Torque will decides acceleration, angle of approach, and ability to tow weight. For a truck Torque is more important than horsepower, and my ford ranger gets 240 ft-lb (320 Nm) at 4500 rpm, to my calculations.
These are completely different from a US spec PN150 Nothing at all interchanges (well, except the air in the tires and the driver...) This is Euro market.
It was commissioned for all markets except North America (different Ranger). The original brief stipulated the advert's 'hero' as a 'handsome, with international market appeal.' I think they made a good choice and given the market's response for commissioning the advert (one of our most successful), it seems as a very good choice. Girls in our Norwegian office talked about him when we first saw the advert (a year ago)!
definitely the driver. Ive ramped my truck many many times over a small hill in my backyard and nothing has ever broken on it. my jeep breaks more than my truck.
Sweet ad. And they got an Asian dude in it. So is it really a secret or is this a viral marketing ploy? Either way, good for Ford (except, if it is Ford, they should be more transparent in what they are doing).
