I did a prediction video in which I said it would be 3 Jamaicans, 3 Trinis and 1 American in the finals. Even though Darrel Brown got knocked out, I still think there are going to be 7 Caribbean men in the finals.

I want a Caribbean medal sweep. :D

And Sharntelle Mclean, our female swimmer just finished 39th out of 100+ women in the 50m freestyle heats. She didn't qualify. :(

George had the third best qualifying time out of those in his semi-final. I am praying that's a good sign!!

Actually he had the 6th best time in the heats. He came second in his heat to the guy who set the new Olympic Record. George and a few others also broke the old Olympic Record. It was a really fast round. Tomorrow is the semis.

to tell you the truth i think something is wrong with tht guy do oyu see when he finishes a race he dosn't even breath hard, but he looked like he worked really hard to get where he is at.

LoL. I know. He is not human. He is breaking records at will out there. How in the world do you finish a race more than a full body length from the rest of the field? That's insane. He does train hard though.

im just glad tht our country is even in the olympics, some of the other countries the atheletes are groomed form as young as 3yrs old with their parents having the olympics in mind from tht young age especially usa and russia do u see d look on some parents faces when their kid makes a mistake,having their children living their dream, im happy we r there even if we dont get alot of medals, just be proud tht we there... good luck to us!!!

Yeah I know what you mean. Michael Phelps for example, was bred to swim. That's why he is dominating swimming right now at the Olympics. The gymnasts also. I think they have it harder than the other athletes.

I believe we will at least take home medals for the men's 4x100m Relay. We have a really strong team. Only America is faster than us this season.

No problem. I love doing it.

Yeah they actually did that on purpose to facilitate Michael Phelps. NBC asked China to put his races at a time when most Americans can see it. All other races without Phelps, such as this one, got the worst times because of it.

And they didn't show the heats online. :( They did update the times instantly though. I hope they show the semis.

I can't wait for Track and Field to begin too. :D We are looking very good for the relay medals.

Yeah about 3 heats didn't have any qualifiers. He also set a personal best record and the Trinidad and Tobago record in that race.

I think his brother is in the 50m also.

Nicholas is swimming in the IM tomorrow (13th August) and then George is in action again on Thursday in the 50m Freestyle ...

I just checked the rankings and he didn't make it into the semi finals. :(

He ranked 20th and only the top 15 made it into the semis.
