I'm not sure who you think is Cyclops. He is not a member of my League. As for the one's pictured they are starting at the top from the left:Spider-Man, Superman, Plastic Man, Human Torch, Batman, Captain America, Martian Manhunter, Giant-Man, Solar, (next row):Daredevil, Captain Marvel, Sub-Mariner, Thor, Blue Beetle, Iron Man, Hawkman, Green Lantern, Flash, Hulk, Atom, Black Canary, Doctor Strange, Green Arrow, and Wonder Woman.

As stated in my comments this is "my version" of the JLA which includes heroes both DC and Marvel, as well as a few others, all from the silver age(a few with a silver/golden age mix)
