Her 'W' is in my opinion her most damage dealing skill and you build her tanky but focus on health, her 'w' stacks damage based on max health.

Frozen mallet is a great item on her, ever basic attack slows by 50% once you have.

i usually take SR and RO due to aoe slow/speed

although sej doesnt exactly put out alot of damage her slows and overtime damage make your enemies easy targets for your carrys

i hope this is helpfull thumbs it up for others if you find usefull thx!

sykku you need to lvl you W then perma and then Q. Q is only for initate but the W is your primary damage

I havent played Sejuani... But you should be leveling her almost like shyvana... W first then perma or the charge ability depending on what you need. Also should be building her sorta tanky with a frozen mallet to just make everyone super slow with her abilities. She also seems like a VERY good jungler with being so tanky also.

@anthonyyawns Yes his Q cost more mana and his spells do less damage. Nothing too major, people blow it out of proportion he is actually balanced now, not super strong not weak by any means. He does get mana starved however if you're not duo with a Soraka.
