Raiden is a memetic clone of Solid Snake. The S3 plan made him into a man who is capable of doing anything that Solid Snake can do.

And secondly, Raiden was actually TRAINED by Solidus, so Raiden knew virtually everything Solidus knew about fighting. And even more after the S3 plan.

No. It was about controlling human will and consciousness. Campbell AI tells you that during the 30min long codec conversation. It was not about Raiden being trained in the image of Solid Snake. In fact, the Campbell AI was the S3, not Raiden. The is explicitly stated in the game several times during the ending scenes.
