Vodaphone seems have similar service. The service man try to get rid of people as soon as possible when you are in their store ask for service or they simply let to go and phone their service centre by yourself. Even they have customer care email, but it's wouldn't work any more since the early 2009. The service manager and director only know how to send the DM by simply put their signature there. What's a mass? I'm worried about how long can the company survive.
