this is waht I call animation! and it's your first? I would be over the moon if I did this on a first!! It does not matter about the little tweeks, it's the overall cartoon effect that matters, the fast and the slow movements really work very well. Your a natural!

and I should think your in work now, if not then should be! I love disney and this work reflects the very chalenging movements that are incorparated into characters

as cartoons. Very inspiring!

Hi. I just download model from inet. I recomend to see tutorial from Digital Tutors about rigging. Hope it will help you.

This is your FIRST ?? Did you rig the character or just download him? Because I'ce been practicing rigging and I cant get the arms and legs to bend perfectly at the knee/elbow no matter what, I use the Paint Skin weights tool as well and it still never looks exactly right

it seems good but let me tell you something, when the character moves his arms to up in first extreme, the elbow still moving it seems little wierd ,when he showes the hat then hand stay as stone, when you freeze the character as this at least one or two parts you have to move little to show it is still alive...good luck

its all in the texturing. but to do texturing you have to learn how to do uv texture mapping. Its the least interesting part about animation, but its necessary.

lostmic- Yes, It is Maya (and After Effect for flash).

amokfisch I learn Maya about 1 year. (I reccomend you to see gnomon and digitaltutors lesson)
