@OveractiveImaginer Actually,. I remember reading it in an easter egg FAQ on GameFAQs. I double checked before telling you, though. There are a lot of different languages in Bayonetta actually. There's demon script and angel script, both of which are invented by the developers. In fact, demon script is basically just a stylized version of our own alphabet. then there's enochian, a language said to be the language of angels. It's what the angels talk in the game and when Bayonetta is summoning.

@OveractiveImaginer Youtube doesn't allow links, but go to GameFAQs, search for Bayonetta, press the FAQs section and there should be one called "Easter Egg Guide" there. take in mind that the enochian parts aren't 100% accurate since Enochian is, primarily, a dead language. Also, if you're not grasping the story, I suggest reading those books lying around in game if you haven't. I was surprised at how much backstory was noted in those. It caused the story to make slightly more sense.

Judging by the new DMC trailer that came out recently... DMC IS DEAD, DANTE got replaced by a new emofag Dante and doesn't have half of the raw awesomeness he used to. Bayonetta is one of the few female main chars i ve ever liked in my life, because she aint the typical ridiculous-boobed/walking only in underwear protagonist. She is F-ing classy and even her fighting style, moves and combos are just perfectly original and fit for a female character. Congrats again to the creators of this game.
