An inconvenient truth of History. Hopefully the Sabahan & Sarawakians realised that the Federal Govt has used these two states to their own benefit. The Govt has forsaken the rights & privileges of the states. It is absolutely time for change!
UMNO detains people's bibles shown that life is worse than the pre Malaysia days. According to the minister of home affair, the beloved cousin of the Malaysian prime minister, bible is no longer a religious matter, but it is illegal to hold the bm version of bible, it is some sort of crime.
For example, the fact that it took the federal government 46 years just to admit and officially recognize 16 September 1963 as the date of the birth of Malaysia speaks volumes举个例子，联邦政府需要花46年的时间，才正式承认1963年9月16日是马来西亚诞生的日期，这个事实说明事态的严重

在沙巴的马来西亚人民也获得首相的提示，指沙巴与砂拉越是时任国阵政府的定存。现在正是时候，让沙巴人说出我们对于这个属于全马最贫穷但是却富有天然资源的州属、不公平的发展与财富分享、非法移民的威胁、沿海政策和就业机会等问题的心声。
目前是沙巴人民知道这些事实的机会之窗，究竟政府是否诚心解决人民所面对的问题，或者充耳不闻，抑或选择向警方报案作为政治解决的捷径。她说，请别侮辱沙巴人民的智慧。
至于拉惹柏特拉带出来的讯息非常清晰，他最近在坎培拉的澳洲国立大学演讲时说，“通往布城的钥匙”就在沙巴与砂拉越人民手中，“统治沙巴与砂拉越就会统治整个马来西亚”。正当其他人看见沙巴人民的机会与希望之际，沙巴人民本身又是否觉醒和敢于把握这个手中的良机，捍卫我们的权利和全民公正？
她也促请人民必须了解和发掘这些机会。“我们所选择看到的不只是沙巴，而是我们选择如何塑造的沙巴”，而她已经作出了选择。

虽然沙巴过去多年来一直要求，把1963年9月16日承认为马来西亚的诞生日，但是直到47年后的去年，政府才正式承认这个历史的重要一页。如丹斯里西门所言，历史不应被扭曲，历史应该是正确的。
我认识丹斯里西门多年，尤其是当他在人权委员会时，我们经常联系讨论非法移民和原住民风俗地的权利等课题。他是人权委员会内，唯一历经千辛万苦研究，甚至深入郊野乡村调查这些对沙巴人民不公平的课题.
这些地方都是许多政治人物所不曾到访过的。这些事情已经充分说明，而据我所知，没有其他人比他更具有知识和勇气来谈论这个课题，他应该获得嘉奖。最终的认可将是来自沙巴人民，透过选票的方式。
