This is actually a pretty fun game. Even if you dont like jrpgs, and would just like to waste time listening to pretty music, nice artwork, and well...the obvious... its a good buy. I enjoy a good zombie melee myself, the gorier the better, but I actually really enjoyed the heck out of this.
I have a question. Just got the game today, and when I make Finnel or Saki (all I have at the moment) use the Purge thing, they kinda just do a move and appear in a various state of nudity for a tiny bit. How do you make them do they strip scenes and what is the difference in holding different combinations of L1, L2, R1, and R2?
The only disappointing thing I had with this was they didn't carry over the two singers from the second Ar Tonelico. It would be much more annoying to protect two, but hell, second+ playthroughs are easy. At least they changed the battle style to the StarOcean series

Okay, there seems to be a lot of hate going on here, but you guys can't judge this game by this one video of it. In the game, this isn't an easy thing to unlock. This video is just showing what happens when you do unlock it. This game has a touching story, an interesting battle system, an amazing soundtrack, witty characters, and pretty good voice acting. I am a girl, so I can say that there is plenty of reasons to be able to love this game besides the fact there is some stripping.

Okay, there seems to be a lot of hate going on here, but you guys can't judge this game by this one video of it. In the game, this isn't an easy thing to unlock. This video is just showing what happens when you do unlock it. This game has a touching story, an interesting battle system, an amazing soundtrack, witty characters, and pretty good voice acting. I am a girl, so I can say that there is plenty of reasons to be able to love this game besides the fact there is some stripping.

agarest war is a terrible example. All those trailers are just illusions; Aksys games made the marketing for the game racy to attract attention to it. They marketed it as an erotic visual novel, but the game itself was nowhere like that and has far less sexual situations than they said it did
