Also, you need to download a lot of stuff for you to have somewhat of a resemblance to the above video, try mugeninfantry.

@Darknight24x Well i forgot since it was a long time ago when I was still fiddling around with MUGEN. Go to the mugenguild forums in the Introductions and Guides section on how to set up MUGEN.
