The blackout glitch happened tome online when I was chasing a guy in the subway on a bike...I suddenly turned invisible for no reason, so there was no one on the bike, but the area was normal...As soon as I got off, the blackout glitch happened...But fixed when I got back on the bike. Eventually, it was back to normal.

@SkullsGFX you spawn near the building in free roam but you don't spawn in the room with the van crashed through it, you should watch the whole video instead of watching 5 seconds of it and presuming you know what happens
