I know it's a disease and it's got nothing to do with personal choices. I guess I'll just forget the whole thing and trust my higher power and my insulin shots. Actually, my friend has been on this program for two months and his blood sugar is stable- he is working with his doctors and his medication has been cut in half. I don't have diabetes- for me this is just more about making healthy lifestyle choices. While they may not have "reversed" diabetes, many have normalized sugar levels.

It appears I have offended you? I am just saying do it with care and reasonable expectations of the outcomes. There is no scientific way to force the pancreas to start producing insulin that is needed. Because you are "pre" I suspect you will enjoy a success.
No this is 30 days of diet, exercise, and vegitarian eating. The 20 days of diet thing didn't pan out. This is something I'm committed to and I've got friends in the community holding me accountable to it.
Mike, the gentlemen in this video, is a good friend of mine. We don't agree on everything- but I have tremendous respect for him because he lives out what he believes!!

Before you run off half cocked on this idea I would consult a doctor. Type 2 is not reversible through diet.
