Great vid bro....I think I am going to pick up one of those bars. Generally, what's the difference in weight being used for this bar to a standard olympic bar?
I always see guys loading up this bar like mad...I assume you can do about 100 lbs more than a conventional bar?
Thanks for checking out the video. The bar has a different feel than a conventional bar, due to hand placement and the position of the start of your pull. You may be surprised how it feels, good or bad. The carry over is not great for your conventional pulls...however it is great for your squat and shoulder strength. Overall Core Strength as well. If doing odd lifts or Strongman events, this bar will serve you well.
