I think the satire truly cuts both ways - if you watch enough you'll see the left really hlambasted as much as the right is ridiculed. If I were you I wouldn't compare McCain and Obama on the Iraq occupation. McCain doesn't care if we stay 100 years and Obama is aligned with the Iraqi government (remember, those Iraqis you love so much we had to bring them "freedom") on withdrawal in 2009. McCain, at this late point in the game dosen't know (or care about) the difference tween Suunis, Shias, Al Queda and Iran. Then that's comfort to the right, cause they don't know anything either and it makes them feel better about themselves.

Thanks for providing the article. I don't completely understand it, but what is not talked about is the large tax credit for those same health care plans he taxes. The goal is to discourage the bundling of health care benefits with income packages and encourage people to research and buy their own health care. (Health care is not taxed if it is not part of the benefits package) Idealistic as it may be, it makes very little political sense to me.
