  • lovely Valenta sound at 7:14 :D

  • That's a lot of works for ONE GUY if somebody wants to cross the tracks.

  • nice trains!

  • when were these taken?

  • REDUCED LINE SPEED?

  • swine.I was counting the coal carts then you switched view.Great vid

  • @bignaughtydog Sorry about that! :)

  • Interesting that now, all three of these companies have either changed hands or are no more. And the Valenta engined HST at 7:20 as well. It like show how nothing stays the same,or something, doesn't it. Rather philosophical really.

  • NIce video 5*, like the location too.

  • Thoroughly enjoyed this. Two for the price of one, as well as a rail enthusiast I am also a big Suttons fan and seeing one of their tankers was a bonus. Your deltic footage is awesome. Thanks for posting.

  • What do folks think the new livery for EWS loco's will be like now theyre rebranding as DB schenker? Will it be red like their parent country, or perhaps blue like the 60 we've seen branded?

  • my dad is a driver for ews

  • No they were actually made in Canada...

  • Point taken. I know nothing about trains

  • fantastic viewing,I love the old GNER colour scheme and the roar of the valenta HST was captured well.

  • yeah that was brilliant showing that where was it taken at? especially with passenger trains as well as goods train EWS main place is in Killingholme do they still run 2 Grimsby on pipewipe?

  • I don't think there are regular railfreight services in and out of Grimsby Pyewipe. The nearest ones are coal and oil trains at Killinghome. I gather that some of these freight trains get diverted through Grimsby occasionally, via the Immingham line north of the A180.

  • nice :)

  • what camera do you use?

  • At present a Canon XL1.

  • Now it's a Canon XH-A1

  • That's one cool crossing.

  • Gorgeous

  • great vid!
