It's amazing how Dio, at his age, looks healthier than many metal singers that are 20 years younger than him. That shows how great he is, his magic, and that he's in it for the music rather than the drugs, chicks and money.

You can tell that at his age he's still doing this because he loves it.

by the way, it's nice to see how he recovered Jimmy Bain from being the anonimous "guy that played bass in Rainbow" (though he looks like he has been beaten up!)---> no offense to Jimmy of course

Whatever Dio has done for his voice he needs to share the secret. Who else has held up this well? No one. (Well, maybe Bruce Dickenson or Geddy Lee.) It's great to see a 70's and 80's music hero still carrying on and not becoming a parady of themselves. Anyone seen a photo of his early 60's band, Ronnie Dio and the Prophets? Yes, Doug Aldrich was by far the best fit for Dio. RJD is getting better as he ages it seems. Doug Aldrich is the shit man, his sound is always first rate, he's smooth as silk! He's more of a hired gun type player, someone you call when your in a tough spot and need a first rate player. The kind of player who can just walk in and tear it up with no excuses.
